The whole hall erupted into laughter and Madison ran away as fast as possible. “Oh my god!” Kate screamed, then blushed about her loud voice. “And I’m going.” She disappeared too.
“That was sweet.” Lilly said, turning to Brian.
“You’re sweet.” he replied.
Lilly didn’t know how to reply to that. He was just so…perfect.
“Wanna walk to class together?” he asked.
“Sure, but I’m going to the Arts building.”
“That’s okay, I’ll walk you there.”
Aww, he was perfect. His class was on the way other side of the school and yet he wanted to walk Lilly all the way to her class. And then she pictured it. The perfect life, the perfect school, the perfect boyfriend. Only, she forgot to remember about the truth. That every last one of the things on her list were a lie. Then again, she could make them all true.
