This is just to say: I know I messed up.
But I’m not sorry.
You may not understand now, but hopefully one day you will. I never meant to hurt you. You needed help even if you didn’t see it or want to admit it.

These temporary solutions only make for lasting consequences. I know how you felt, and I was always there for you. You know that. But I couldn’t watch you lose yourself in shit like that. You are too amazing to give yourself up like that.

So I am sorry for these coming months, I know it won’t be easy. But I’ll always be there.

    It tinges of intervention, tough love and stepping in and regretting it, but feeling it was necessary. Very powerful.
