I wasn’t thinking, well actually I was, but about dodging, not catching. “Sorry.” I say, standing up and resuming my spot in the chair.

“Think next time.” He says. “Now, to test your smarts. Here.” He hands Adelle and I a test on a clipboard that is 30 questions long. “You have thirty seconds. Begin.”

As soon as he hits the timer, Adelle and I quickly read threw and answer the questions. Adelle’s pencil is scurring across the page franticly trying to read and finsh the test correctly.

“Time.” Adelle looks up at us and notices my blank sheet. She looks back at her own sheets and realized the directions said to read all the questions first. Then she noticed the last question said to stop and not fill in anthing.

“Well looks like Adelle thinks quicker, but Rosaline follows directions better.” The guy nods and marks some things on a paper he had been holding.

Adelle looks at me and I notice her cheeks are now also flushed with embarassment.

“Well.. it looks like you to..” He begins looking his sheet over.

    OOO ! Sequel! What are they going to get? Btw I hate those tests, I took one of those once and failed. Learned something that day…

    omg my reading teacher gave my class a quiz like that at the begining of the year!! i did the same thing Adelle did!!!
