We ended up “talking” for longer than we thought. By the time we were finished, it was already time to go back in our pods!

“Goodnight, Adam and Eve.” The lab tech. said, and closed us into our respective pods, which happened to be right next to each other.

“For the last time.” I’m not exactly sure whether or not the lab guy said that or not, but I couldn’t tell. I was already going through my pod’s rest cycle.

I was woken up by, well, no one.

Maybe they just set the timer. Eve, are you up? I asked.

Yes. She responded promptly, and met me near the technician’s room.

No one was inside, but a computer screen was flashing, I walked over to it and read it’s contents.

    Wait, I thought of something. Considering they are named Adam and Eve, and they are the only of their kind, plus they just made a woman of him. Would they perhaps be reproducing to make more said “super humans”? Just a thought.
