Prom night. Lilly was a nervous wreck.
“You look gorgeous!” Kate exclaimed.
“But what if he doesn’t like my hair, or my dress, or-”
“Honey trust me, he’ll love you,” Kate replied.
Just then, they heard the honk of a horn. The girls looked at
each other, both excited.
“Let’s go!” they squealed.
“Hey Lilly, you look beautiful,” Brian said. He was in a sharp black tux that accented his sandy blonde hair.
“Thanks, you look great too,” Lilly said, blushing.
“Well, off to the prom!” one of Brian’s friends shouted.
“To the prom!” everyone replied. As Lilly was getting in the car, she realized Madison was missing. “Hey, where’s-”
“She had an unfortunate… accident and she couldn’t come,” Brian said.
“Accident?” Lilly replied. All of Brian’s friends started snickering. He glared at them.
”
Yes…accident.”
