Have you ever had a secret?

One that smolders, burns, fights inside of you.
It twists your insides up and unwinds them like a swing in the park.
It swirls like a whirlpool
and blasts like a landslide

Sometimes it feels wet and heavy, and you feel as if you will sink right into the earth with the weight of it.

Sometimes it lifts you up to a cruel, twisted height from which you can look down on everyone.

It shakes and rumbles like an earthquake
then erupts in a torrent

of words,
and you are free.
