I walked away from Kyle. That was.. not what I expected.. I thought. Well.. at least I can see him later. I smiled at the last thought, then violently shook it away at the stupidicy of it.

After fifth hour Kyle caught up with me. “Jaimie.” He called and then feel in step with me.

“Yeah?” I answered, inwardly smiling at gettting the chance to talk to Kyle without Ryan around.

“I.. uhm.. Here’s your notebook.” Kyle stuttered.

“Oh, thanks.” Was I an idiot? I completly forgot he had my notes..

“Do you.. ah.. wanna get a drink later?” Kyle asked me a little awkwardly.

“Yeah, I would love to.” I smiled up at him.

“Really? I.. mean.. Great. Meet you at the pizzarea at 7 then?” Kyle had a ridiculiously cute grin on his face.

“Cool. See ya then.” I said as I turned away from him to go to my last class of the day. I knew I would only be thinking about one certain boy tonight, and it would not be the one I should be thinking about.
