My First Kiss

This is the street that we walked down. When we were lost. During the summer we went to France. Who would of thought that two kids from Brooklyn would end up in France?

Jason and I walked down this street at night. And it was so pretty. The lights from peoples homes were on. Along with the ones from the street. The evening air was so warm and fragrant. All the Parisan delights floating through the air.

Jason walked beside me, when we traveled this path the second time. We were on the way back to our cruise ship. And he looked into my eyes.. With that smouldering look. Like he was looking deep into my soul.

Things changed in that moment. He presented me with a ring, that he bought in one of the shops. He was so sneaky with it too. He was with me the whole time and I didn’t see.
With this gift, he asked me if I would go back to America as his girlfriend.

I gladly accepted. We stood at the corner in a long embrace that lead to one very passionate kiss. That just happened to be my first kiss.

Cute, even if that’s probably an Italian street. Just messing with you, it was a very sweet little tale of young romance in the city of lights. I liked the line about the ‘Parisan delights floating through the air’.
