“What do you mean?” Lauren asked.
“I know Josh did something to you and I thought he was… after you again…” I replied.
“Ryan, I didn’t think I should have told you. I didn’t want this to happen. I’ve never met the guy, but apparently, he has something against you.”
I paused for a sec and thought for a moment.
His name does ring a bell… There is something familiar about him. But what?
Grace sat there, wondering what is going on. So she ask, “What is going on?”
“I’m not sure anymore…” I replied.
“But we’ll get through this Ryan.” Lauren said.
I paused for a sec and looked over at Lauren, and then at Grace.
“Can you give me a sec with Lauren?” I asked Grace.
“Y-Yeah, sure.” She got up walked out of the room, closing the door behind her.
Lauren grabbed my hand and asked, “So…”
“I wanted to ask… what he did to you…” I asked with a scared voice. I was on the urge of trembling because of the thought that it was my fault for this happening.
“If you must know…”
