Cafe crisis

The next day at lunch Katy was talking to Jake about there new project.“So, Jake I think that we should make the PowerPoint first to get it out of the way and then do the written essay because we all know about your problems with computers.â€?“Right Jake?â€?“JACOB HOTCHENS !” his gaze flicked away from me and he flashed a smile across the table at her and groaned when she kicked him in the shin. Patrick put his arm around me. I could feel the stare of Jake beside me, but I blocked it out of my mind and rested on Patrick’s shoulder. “What are you thinking about right now?â€? I asked.“Youâ€? he replied. “You are the sweetest little thing. Why don’t you know that?â€? He pressed his lips to my neck making me tingle with delight.Suddenly, Jake jumped up knocking over my milk and we watched as it flew through the air and landed right on Nancy who was sitting a table over from us. An ear-splitting scream later, Red faced Nancy was upon us. Jake looked like he would have been happy to melt into a puddle on the floor.
