Crap, where is my phone?!
I grabbed my phone and answered just in time.
“Hello?” i answered, out of breath.
“Hey…” He said one word, one single word, and that was all it took. My heart sank.
“Oh, hi. What do you need? Call to tell me what an idiot I am again?” I could feel my face getting hot, “because I already know, Jude, my life with out you is hell…”
“Lucy,” he cut me off, “I was calling to tell you… that I love you, and that I always will. I can’t live without you, you are my life, will you take me back?”
“Oh my God, Jude, of course I…”

And then I woke up….

    Nice ficlet. You built up the hope and then smashed it to tiny nits in the end. I would like to see this continued to see where this goes. Great potential.
