Emily is frustrated with the system of communication not sure if Dana is getting everything she is saying. Ed walks over to the window. Emily walks away.
“It can be tricky, you’ll get the hang of it.” Ed smiles at his new friend.
“I hope not! I don’t want to get the hang of anything, I want to get out of here ASAP !” Emily yells
Ed stands in front of the window and begins to communicate with Dana. He says “Don’t leave she’s lying!”
Emily freaks out. “What are you doing?”
Ed again smiles this time less friendly than the times before. “I’ve been in her for around fifty years, when I get visitors I like to hold on to them for at least a few years.”
Emily just stares at the old man, if she had a gun, he’d be dead.
“I’m joking of course, Dana is not the one we want taking this journey, too dangerous for her. We need someone who is one tough enough to handle this and two able to believe two people are trapped in this ball of plastic.”
Emily looks up at Ed “My big brother Chris”
