“There really isn’t time for this,” White Rabbit said, taking the gold watch from his pocket. In rapid succession it fired two small darts: one striking Jessica, the other Alex. Another agent got Amanda and Becky.

Alex came to in a stall at the Casa Grande, his head pounding like he’d been on a serious bender. Had this all been a dream? No, the Omni magazine was laying in his lap. Cautiously, he exits the stall.

Jessica, Amanda and Becky are already in the entry hallway when Alex steps out of the men’s room, still looking like rejects from a White Snake video.

“Alex!”, Jessica said.

“Hey… so your still remember everything?”

“Yeah, you?”

“Uh huh, What about those two?”

“Ditto, so it’s 2008 again?”

“Dunno… one way to find out,” he said opening the door to the hallway.

Krystal was standing, long silver-white hair flowing to the shoulders of her gauzy white shirt, one sandaled foot tapping impatiently, looking into a gold pocket watch.

“You’re so, so late… Now, about that job,” she said.

    Hope you don’t mind me ending this here Jen. I thought about it and you gave me the perfect setup and the twist for the end. I did leave room for a sequel though.
    I have enjoyed working with you on this series more than I can express here. I can honestly say it would not have been as good or as much fun without you. Let’s work together again soon!
    I’d also like to thank everyone else who’s contributed and read this story, esp. you Mr. Perkins.

    Love it!! Perfect ending! The series had run its course and I_ could not end it :). (Which, when you think about it 34 is a good number 3 + 4= 7, a good, lucky, and _odd number, :D)

    It has been an honour to have been involved with this series.

    I ditto the “thanks.” And would like to add that the comments have really been a kick in my butt to sequel as quickly as possible.

    LOL , Thanks Jen. Funny, I’m still listening to an 80’s mix on my iPod.
    Yeah, it was getting a bit long in the tooth so I thought it was time to put it to bed… at least for now.
    Oh, and great point about the comments too. They really helped push me to write more and better.

    You are most welcome Pyro! I have to say it did the same thing to me too. Also made me stop to look at how far we’ve come in the last 24 years and really appreciate the technology we have all grown so accustomed to.

    Aw man, it’s over? That’s a bummer, but I guess it did have a good run. It was a very fun series, and you guys did an awesome job. It sure seemed like you worked together really well to create this.
    I guess one good thing that can come from this ending is that Jen can get back to her “Land of Confusion” series. =P
    Oh, and one final edit, it should be “so you still remember everything?” You’ve got “your” in there.
    I look forward to seeing what’s next from you Kevin.

    Definitely a fun series to read, and anything else I say is just going to mirror what everyone else said before me, so I’m gonna stop short and just five-star everything.
