Darkness. It was the very thing that engulfed her. That was all she ever remembered. There was no way out. Confusion. Thoughts and ideas reeled through her head, but nothing made sense. The more she tried to understand, the more she realizied it was useless. She was useless, or at least that was what they had always told her. They told her many things. It was if they were trying to conform her, but how could they conform someone who knew nothing except for the confusion and darkness of her own mind? They couldn’t, and they wouldn’t.
