One day they unfettered a 12 year old Creon who, over the next four years, was taken care of by various people who feigned responsibility for him. At 16 he was ready to see the world. Now he was in a quagmire: should he continue being cared for by strangers or go out into the open all alone? He decided to go with the latter and went into independent living at the local kingdom. The king thought of him as his only son. They were very close. But one day the king came down with a terrible malady and died. This turned Creon into a very angry and unjust king.

    Instead of telling us what happens, why not show it? This sounds very interesting and I like your characterization of the king, but I feel like there’s no real story here.

    I agree with Ana. Also, her other comment about seeming rushed is also correct. Looking at all the stories you posted today, it seems as if you had so many ideas hit you at time that you wanted to publish. It might have been better to let them linger and develope a little more.
