“No further questions your honor,” the short, balding defense attorney said as he finished cross examining Mr. Nappy. “Thank you Mr. Newt. Prosecution, please call your next witness,” ordered the white haired judge. “The prosecution would like to call to the stand Ms. Elizabeth Slater.”

A surprised gasp could be heard from everyone in the courtroom. Then the murmuring started and slowly began to grow louder.

“Order in the court!” the judge demanded. Immediately everyone fell silent. Not because of the judge but because of the ghost being wheeled through the doors. Everyone had turned to see as Mr. Slater pushed a very alive Elizabeth through the courtroom doors.
