Ally finally gets tired of the silence. “So how are we going to go over seas?”
“I’m still working on that one. We’ll have to get money some how, which would mean getting a job, but we can’t afford to stay in one place for too long.”
Ally frowns and looks at the road. Suddenly she gets an idea. “I just remembered that I have a rich uncle in Canebridge!”
John glances at her, then back at the road. “What took you so long to remember that?”
Ally shrugs. “Heck if I know, just get us to Canebridge. Pronto!”
“I’m on it.” John speeds down the road, hoping to get to Canebridge soon.
