Hott Guy

The club was amazing! The music was making my heart pound so hard. I was having a great time chilling with my friends.

Before I knew it, I saw a guy walking up to me. My heart skipped a beat. His eyes were bright green and his hair light blonde.

“Hey,” he said to me.

I smiled. “What’s up?”

“You’re really cute.”

“Thanks,” I blushed. “I like you too.”

We talked for the next half hour. We talked about school, friends, everything. I was really crushing on him!

“Can I have your number?” he finally asked.

“Sure!” I pulled a pen and paper out of my purse, scribbling the number down and handing it to him.

“Thanks,” he smiled. But, there was something wrong with his smile.

That’s when I saw the gold flicker in his eyes.

My heart skipped a beat again, but for a different reason.

They had found me. Damn!

He raised his hand as a gold beam of light came from his skin and hit me in the head, burning my face.

I quickly threw my hands above me and created a force field.

I first read this not knowing it was an entry to the challenge. When I noticed the tiwst, I thought “this should be part of my challenge.”
It was quite cool, and unexpected. Thank you for entering.

Like John, I didn’t notice this was an addition to the challenge. It works great with the challenge, and would make a great beginning to a standalone series.
