SKermitgorf A Visit With History

Congratulations to all the winners, and to you for a successful challenge.
I started writing an entry on three separate occasions, but didn’t like any of them. I wanted to enter, but kept having a hard time recognizing my vision.

Thanks McCloud, err, Apostrophe! LOL JK ! (Hey how about Apostrophe McCloud?) I had fun remembering my week at grandma’s and embellishing it (a little) to make a great little heartwarming tale!
