I asked looking down.
He laughed, a bone chilling yet altogether charming laugh.
“I think you already know what I was gonna say.”
He said playfully.
The bell sounded, and he took off in the opposite direction.

    Interesting couple of posts. I write a lot of poetry myself (thought not on Ficlets) and I must say that I really enjoyed the non-rhythm of this. it’s not predictable.

    Originality is important…and you’ve got it in spades.
