We hopped into Kevin’s car.

“This is Gwen,” he told us. We all said hello. She was very nice, and very pretty. She and Kevin really seemed to like each other. I hoped that they would soon be dating, because I thought they would make such a cute couple!

Nick and Joe couldn’t stop smiling for the entire ride. I turned to Nick.

“I can’t take the suspense anymore!” I yelled playfully. “Where are we going?!”

He laughed, “I can’t say a word until we get there.”

I made a sad face, “Please?”

Joe cut in. “Oh my god! Will you just shut up and wait ‘til we get there?!” He yelled, trying to keep from laughing.

Wes lightly punched him in the arm, “Fine,” she said jokingly, “we won’t talk for the rest of the car ride.”

“Well, you won’t have to wait too long,” said Kevin, “We’re here.”

When I looked out the window, I couldn’t believe my eyes.
