Superhero Obituaries - Gay Superhero "The Eternal Flame"

by Mighty-Joe Young

Alternative lifestyle superhero, The Eternal Flame died today on St. Ann street in New Orleans. Louisiana. During the annual gay and lesbian parade, he was extinguished by a container of Gatorade thrown from the balcony of neighborhood bar ‘The Oz’. Suspects Usher, and Lance Bass, have been questioned regarding the extinguishing, but the police believe there was no criminal intent.

He was not survived by any children, even though he will be sorely missed by millions. His life was often surrounded by controversy, after his lawsuit with Johnny Storm over the apparent copyright infringement of his patented phrase ‘Flame On’.

His ex fiance Richard Gere remarked, “The Marks he left on my heart, and other things still burn.”

This was hilarious! Especially how the poor guy died: During the annual gay and lesbian parade, he was extinguished by a container of Gatorade thrown from the balcony of neighborhood bar ‘The Oz’.

“The marks he left on my heart, and the other things still burn.” Hilarious. I love the controversy with Johnny Storm over the patented phrase ‘flame on’. (And the portion Ana quoted was my favorite bit of the fic).
