It is one thing to be hurt by some stupid kid who just wants to get under your skin because he’s bored or miserable with his own life.

Even if their meaness stings a bit, he still means nothing to you whatsoever.
That was how I felt that day on the playground, when that boy insulted me and my love for rainbows, not to mention my father.
Yet I knew that some people were just ignorant and I didn’t let it get to me as much.
But it’s another matter when you are hurt by someone you are supposedly friends with, and they turn others against you too.
As I said before, I always had a bunch of friends. I was closer to some than others, and I didn’t trust all of them.
But I never knew they would sink as low as they did.
