If no one ever went againt the grain, for good or for bad, then the world wouldn’t be as evolved and wise. Perhaps this could be achieved merely by taking a look at the foolish mistakes, triumphs, as well as trials and errors of mankind. So while I knew that there were some things which no one would ever want to happen, they still held potential truth and innovations. I could still never give up on the belief that everything happened for a reason. No matter what me, my father, Casimir, his father, or anyone else had to go through, our hearts were capable of growing softer; though many things had hardened them. After all, even though you may get wounds from the battles, you are always able to gain courage, strength, and hope from the war.

    This is a very important paragraph! It’s not very interesting having all these little revelations in one place, they need to be broken up by action, or some could actually be placed in other locations throughout your story. Don’t ask me which ones right now, :P But when you are writing your final draft at home, pay attention to this, and don’t bore your reader.
