“Platypus,” I scoffed. Flightless bird or four animals in one body? Duh. This was a game we started playing when we first started dating to get to know each other, and three months later it was still a filler when summer afteroons when our go-nowhere town got slow… which was always. At the beginning, the questions were the basic, get-to-know-you questions like birthday and number of pets, but those run out fast.
“Journey to the center of the earth in a giant drill, or fly to Pluto in the starship Enterprise from Startrek?”
“Depends- is Pluto still a planet in this hypothetical?”
“Man, that poor little guy will always be a planet in my book.”
“How good is the climate control on both vehicles?”
