Ficlets

You already know

By lunch time I was still finding a stray leaf or two in my messenger bag, a sign that I wasn’t delusional and had created this morning’s events with my wild imagination.
Another conformation was the note that he managed to pass me during A.P. Algebra.
how’s after school?
That’s fine =)
how old are you?
16.y??
I’m 17, so I’m drivin, that cool?
of course
When he sent me a dazzling smile and a wink and I almost fainted.
Almost.
He pulled around the front to where I was wating in a yellow volvo and, after rushing through about 50 “laters” to all of his adoring fans he practically peeled out of the parking lot.
“What’s wrong?” I ask.
“It’s noting it’s just that so many people won’t leave me alone.”
“Oh.That’s kinda funny, alot of guys would kill to be that popular.”
“Well I would gladly give it to them if I could.”
“Why?”
“Can I trust you?” he whispered his face drawn.
“Of course.” I whisper back.
“Then there’s something I need to tell you, though I feel that you already know.”
