A Sight to See
It’s simply magnificent. The orange blends perfectly with the yellow, a collision your eyes are truely blessed to see. The house is great, you know. Moving “Down Home” was an idea that should have been implemented a lot sooner. Maybe you’d be standing here next to me seeing this sun-set as it illuminates our yard. You’d probably be hugging me close, telling me stories from long ago, and pointing out those wonderful deer lazily grazing to my right. It’s just me and the deer. They keep me company, but they’re no you. You raised me great, and now you can’t be here to see me finish great. But, now that I think of it all, it was probably your idea to blend those colors so perfectly for my eyes to behold tonight. The night when I need you most. It’s just your special way of showing your love… a colorburst- an explosion, kind of like the tears that are streaming down my face from missing you. Yeah, it’s a sight to be seen. Oh how lucky I am, even though you’re not here with me.
