I have no idea if T.J. Maxx actually sells engagement rings.

In the ad that I spoofed, there’s a couple, and he’s about to propose, and she starts to react like a woman who’s been proposed to, except that she’s talking about her outfit. Every time I see these ads, I just think about how rude the T.J. Maxx customers appear.

I’m guessing she didn’t want a rin from T.J.Maxx esp. at a discount rate.

Yeah, discount rings don’t go over well. Apparently intentionally avoiding spending any significant amount of money doesn’t scream I value you above all else in the world. Go figure.
