I’m sitting here with an orange silk ribbon around my neck, tied into a tie, looking very strange against my oversized horse tee and matching perfectly with my orange pants. I’m trying to simultaneously write this ficlet, avoid my mother, and write a “memory” for English class at the same time. My favorite thing to do in school papers is put in funny words like “therefore”, “aforementioned”, and “whereas”. Unfortunately, in English this earns me extra points instead of funny looks. Oh well, extra points are good too. In English we just read “the tell-tale heart” and I think I can safely say that it is the best horror story that I have ever read….at least until I read more Poe stories! Hey, random trivia: the character Sherlock Holmes was addicted to cocaine. It says so in the first page of the first story. Yeah.
