The Kill (continued...yet again)
Jim found himself nodding in agreement, drugs would be no stranger to this environment. Something still seemed off, Malcolm was no A list celebrity, had never taken part in a major controversial film, there was just no blatant reason to kill the man.
Jim chewed his thoughts trying to pin a tail on an invisible donkey and found himself aimlessly looking towards his younger brother. Jim knew he wasn’t alone in his thoughts, for all the hate that rested amongst them, they never debated a crime scene.
Watching his brother bag a piece of evidence, Jim found himself looking toward his ring finger. Even this long after the divorce, he refused to remove the wedding band, it seemed as if Adam truly believed as he once screamed, “The day I take it off, That’s really the day I let her go. That’s the day I really give her up, the day you’ve always wanted!”
