I think I like the last two the best, but I had a hard time following all of it. Maybe I’m just tired! I like the references to games; the contrast between innocent youth and a dangerous reality.
This piece i found to be amazing. Granted, all poetry is good when written with purpose, but this certainly exceeded “good.” I love the way you added in the children’s games with such an angst-ish [yes i just made up an adjective!] subject. Would you mind if i read this to my literary club? and is so, should i credit it to Blossom Ruoquen?[how do you pronounce that?]
