'9-1-1'
As soon as we pulled away from the kiss she looked faint again. She was falling. I caught her. I couldn’t get all of my raging thoughts through. So many scrambled and detached words. ‘Ashely…fainted..love…hospital...HOSPITAL… HOSPITAL !!! The crawling came back, but soon it turned into a pulsing. It was like my heart was drumming under every inch of my skin. I held up Ashley and turned to a phone. My fingers flew across the key pad as I dialed ‘9-1-1’. I asked, no, yelled for an ambulance. It was there in a matter of minutes. I couldn’t explain to them what had happened, I was in too much shock. I rode in the ambulance, explaining the doctors as best I could what had happened, holding her hand the whole time. I hoped to god she was alright.
