Finding Congresswoman Schweiz’s son was priority one.

A year ago, when my partner Parrish O’Hanley was gunned down, I suspended the search for her missing son. I put on hold all other clients and just drank myself into oblivion.

I know had a chance to reclaim my life. I knew where Shamus Schweiz was hiding out now.

He wore a fedora over his flaming red hair. He was no more than 5 foot tall. A leprechaun came to mind.

” Shamus Schweiz, you killed my partner,” I said as I placed my hand firmly on his shoulders so he couldn’t flee.

“Wha..who are you?,” he timidly asked.

“I’m the guy that’s gonna put you away for life,” I said.

“She should never have searched for me, I wanted to be gone, I saved her from embarrassment, she woulda lost that election if I’d been found, the sympathy vote alone put her back in office,” he said proudly.

“You didn’t make like Houdini for your momma, you made a disappearing act to avoid jail time for your underworld activities,” I said.

“Don’t tell momma,” he whined.
