All credit/inspiration for the poem to Dorothy Parker, a poem I shall never forget apon the first reading on the blackboard in school. It’s kept me alive through stressful situations.

i really liked this…i will admit my uneducation and say that I havent read this poem, but I will find it on the internet right now and I will put it up on my corkboard for help in a stressful situation…only thing…is that river line supposed to be “Rivers are damp.” – it just doesnt sound right as it is

I like this! But I think in the second sentence after the poem, it should be ‘sight,’ not ‘site’…other than that, this is great! I have read the poem before, nice way you made a story out of it.

I like this. It’s dark, but yet sarcastic in a way. And I like how it’s left open. It makes me want more!

I like. He could borrow my friend’s Scout with the tailpipe that spews exhaust into the car if he’s still considering…
