I liked this challenge, and it was tricky. Not to get everything into it, but to cut it down enough to fit the ficlet limit and keep it readable.

You have a knack for snappy dialogue, you worked in the words seemlessly. Road Not Taken by Robert Frost was the Smarter than a 5th grader question that Regis missed the other night , lol, also my fav poem.

I admit, I kind of cheated. My favourite poem is really “The Lady of Shallot”, but “Road Not Taken” comes in a close second, and actually fit the story – artistic liberty and all that.
