Sherri passed Umblefumble something written on a post-it note knocking her spanish phrase book to the tile floor.
It echoed like a gun shot and rang through out the room, startling Mrs.White causing her to knock one of her two glass pocupines off her desk.
“The kind that hold pencils”.
It shattered, pencils went airborne and glass splattered like pouring water.
The classroom now in a uproar, sounding equivalent to an express train passing .
Mrs. White screamed above the noise “class class calm down ” but to no avail.
Umblefumble sat back in her desk to read the note.
It was Sherri’s mom’s grocery list,

Bread!
