Letter from My Heart
“You know, some girls actually have values, and don’t want to be with someone who gets drunk at parties.” Wes said.
“Oh whatever…” the girls replied, rolled their eyes, and walked away.
“Wow,uh…thanks for standing up for me…It was really nice.” I stammered, looking up into Wes’s deep blue eyes.
“Hey, no problem. By the way, I’m Wes.”
“I know. I mean….nice to meet you. I’m Judie.”
“So, hey, can I walk you to class?”
“Oh, that’s all right. But thanks anyway.” I sped off around the corner and raced to class.

Finally the day was done, and I headed home. There was only one thing on my mind.
Dear Andy,
How could you leave like that without warning? You’ve permanently damaged my heart. When will I ever see you again? I don’t even know where you are! Where are you? And why did you do this to me??
Love, a depressed and deeply upset, Judie
