I agree with MbtM, who cares if you’re blond? I’m blond and speak fluent German, conversational Spanish, and am learning French. Hair color has nothing to do with intelligence. As for the guy, just tell him flat our that you’d rather not talk to him. It’s hard, but effective. And if he still bothers you, tell someone. Preferably someone with some sort of authority over him.
