Love for the last time
I looked in your deep blue eyes and saw the sparkle, twinkle, shine in your eye that I loved. Every long, dark, stormy night I longed for your presence, for you too hold me tight in your arms. Every time we touch, kiss, or even just look at each other I get that tingly, but sweet feeling inside. The one that you just don’t want to let go of.
I never thought that the day would come when I had to say goodbye, to you and your gorgeous, blue, lost puppy dog eyes for the last time. I watched your plane fly away while a single deep blue, like your eyes, tear dropped form my cheek. Your plane flying to your home town, with your coffin and the American flag drifted over the top of the small glass chamber.
