Strange that I had planned something like this previously, but never had the courage to have it pan out… I suppose this gives me an excuse to try it…It will take some time though.
This may seem like science fiction, but David Levy turned his book into an academic Ph.D. thinks it’s something we’ve been moving toward for decades now. Here is the full article if you want more ideas:
What a cool challenge, and oh my goodness, I’m blushing. Such kind words for little old me. I guess now I have to do this challenge, right? Sadly, I’m way behind on my comment to ficlet ratio, so I may have to get to this tomorrow. Thanks!
Nice idea…me thinks I’ll give it a shot. I used to date a girl who behaved like a robot (cold, calculating, unemotional, Spock-like, wired, etc.) Maybe I’ll write about her.
futurama-ish….OH BENDER !! Come back, my love!!!! this gives me some great idea’rs, I’m just so tired right now, with too many tests tomorrow, and too long of a paper to write, I can’t do it right now (trying to use excuses to cover and avoid the bare truth – writers’ block)
Definitely a hoot of a challenge. Always a testament to a good challenge when it inspires so many quality entries—I’ve read ‘em all and even did one of my own! Great stuff all around. Loa
Wow – the featured ficlet with this!! I’m lovin’ this – great entries here – esp. THX 0477 ’s – very talented writing shining through with that entry… Thanks again, ficlets staffers!
Been gone awhile – very sick – winner of this challenge is the one and only THX 0477 . Lots of great challenges, but his really captured a lot. Congrats! – Yoda
