Why DID you go??? Anyway, I like the part about the silence being better than talking. I also like that the beginning line was the same as the ending. It works here, like a short essay.

To answer Mistress, um, I have no idea. To be honest I’ve blocked a lot out over the years, and I can’t remember what led to being in the car with my ex. And just to be fair to her, she was a very sweet girl, and I have nothing against her. Chrissy, if you’re out there, hello and stuff.

Another brillant entry. the whole inside the car, wanting someone to shut up, been there.
gods of karma line was great, cursing the silence, I usually do that, but most people want me to shut up.. so silence and are aren’t acquainted.

Yeah—uuup, this was sweet, because I’ve been there both giving silence, recieving silence and overall enabling it in every possible way. That’s why I write darn it. Anyway, this is now one of my favorite stories that I’ve ever read, yes that means beyond ficlets.
