Yeah, okay, not the most original twist (I think it’s #203 in M. Night Shamalyan’s Big Book Of Twists You Totally Saw Coming), but I thought someone ought to do it….

Um, where do I get a copy of that book? I thought it was cute, and a nice, short depiction of that awkward moment of, “Why did you just tell me something I didn’t want to hear?” And, the interaction could be between girl and robot, boy and robot, or two people. Also thought the ending visual was powerful, him sadly rolling away, flowers stowed away from sight.

I think someone once commented that your descriptions of “magic” and “sci-fi” are unrivaled. It’s true. Predictable twists aside (and I didn’t see this one coming at all) this has all the elements of a great story and should be continued… There is more I could add, but I need to get to work!
