I called my house, and it just kept ringing. I tried both of my parents cell phones, but neither of them picked up. So, I decided to just leave a message at home and they would get it.

“Hey mom, dad. It’s me, just calling to say I’ll be sleeping over here at Hayden’s house until tomorrow, because we’re going to get snowed in. You have my cell number. Bye.”

I felt a whole lot better once I had gotten that out of the way. And now I’ll get to spend another whole day with him!

I walked into the basement where Hayden was. He had popped in a movie and was laying on the sofa. He smiled when he saw me coming down the steps.

“How’s the Epic Movie?”

“Ohmygaush! I wanted to see that movie but I never got the chance to!”

“Well, it’s in.” he motioned for me to come sit next to him, so I did. I leaned against him as he started up the movie.
