Kate was on the internet chatting with her best friend Doug. They had become very close friends over the past few months.

Doug had been really depressed lately, His dad just passed away, and he really struggled from day to day.

Kate had a sixth sense about Doug. She could tell when he was really depressed. And sometimes it worried her.

One afternoon, thier conversation was particularly melancoly.
