Later that evening…..

Melissa’s mother came home from work that night to hear the water running in the bathroom. She figured her daughter was just taking a shower and laid down on the couch…..two hours later she awoke to still hear the water running. Into the bathroom she went and opened the shower curtain to reveal Melissa laying in the tub with the shower running with blood coming from her side. There laid an arm with a name etched in her wrist but before Melissa’s mother reacted a picture frame caught the corner of her eye. There laying on the towels was the picture Melissa once looked to for reassurance but now had a note laying on top of it which read..

“The shower is my rain, he is my stranger and my heart finally stopped beating but is looking….at love”
