And the winners is... (Part 2, Ficlet Quadrathilon)
It doesn’t really seem fair to end the other challenges and declare a winner with only one or two entries for each, but I said I would, so I suppose I must.
As the only entry that only fit the Narcissistic Challenge requirements, THX0477 ’s Library Boy (15562) takes the award. However, it is well deserved, as in that ficlet, he had to write from the perspective of another gender, and at the same time he managed to portray the personality of the characters almost exactly as I intended them. Well done.
There were two entries for the What A Twist! Challenge and of those, Kermitgorf’s Butcher’s Blues (15791, sequel to 15497) takes the cake. It really fit into the story, and at the same time changed the story completely. Also, I laughed aloud, which is actually rare.
As with the previous challenge, there were only 2 entries for the Gassy challenge. Sadly, neither did what I had hoped, but of the two, Howie Amourscow’s For a Breath of Fresh Air (16230) is the winner.
Thanks for the great reads!
