Funny story how Mei met Deshawn. One day, in high school, Mei was with her boyfriend, whom just slapped her in the face for talking out of turn, or ignoring him, one of them, when Deshawn was walking by. He saw the slap, he saw her, on her knees, crying and holding her face, in pain. Deshawn then beat her boyfriend in a manner I don’t wish to describe here. It was bad. Mei, looked at him, then Deshawn and was unsure what to think until Deshawn offered to help her up and walk her home. She knew that he had to be alright then.

Three years later, they went to the prom together, cutest couple there, madly in love. Turns out that, though they looke like polar opposites (she is average height, but very slender, asian, and has an accent; he is muscular, tall, black) they both love hip hop, are intelligent and love math. Even want to pursue the same field. Turns out that they were two peas in a pod, just on other sides of the world.
