The Trouble with Toothpaste{Ben Paddon's Mundane Moment Challenge)

Waking up on a lazy cold Saturday morning in January.
Nothing pressing to do as usual. Maybe read yesterdays paper, do the crossword, eat toast.

But gotta brush my teeth first. Hmm low on Colgate. Who forgot to put the cap back on. O this is a mess, toothpaste all over my t-shirt. Gawd she is so lazy. I told her to buy toothpaste.
Now my breath will smell all day. Just great. No consideration at all. As usual. She’s too preoccupied with that new ‘job’ of hers.

She’s probably cheating on me. Again. The tramp. Stupid toothpaste.
(Throws the toothpaste, toothbrush, rips the cabinet off the wall, throws it out the window and screams.)

“Dear are you upstairs? I need help with the groceries dear?,” My wife called up to me.

“Did you get toothpaste?”, I yelled down.

“Yes dear we were all out,” she said cheerfully.

“Yeah you better have,” I muttered. Ruined my whole Saturday she did. Probably got the wrong brand. I hate Crest. She knows I hate Crest. Why does she buy that Brand. Just to tick me off that’s why.
