A physical address really gives you nothing more than the first byte or so of an IP addresses. Even if you have a full IP address, that probably only points you to a router which will likely have authentication, firewalling, and access logs. If you’re lucky and you get to the home computer you still only have a very low of getting in. You’d need to do “social engineering” and/or phishing to get enough info or software on the target computer to get in. Interesting idea, but poorly researched.
