We had just met two weeks ago and I liked him a lot! We would just stay up late talking for hours to each other, forgetting time and forgetting place.

He looked at me, tossing a paper with words of things to say aside,
“I can’t stop thinking about you
I never thought I would meet someone like you
The odds are slim to none
Right here, Right now
Us standing here
There is no place I would rather be
When I look into your eyes as I do now

So are you willing to take the chance?
I no I am and I know this may be strong but
I love you and I want you and that is all I need

I smiled, “I’m going to take the chance, and I love you too.”

He smiled back and leaned in for the kiss. His tender lips touched mine and there is no place I would rather be either.

He started to sing a kiddish song, but it I didn’t care, “Thought the chances to meet somebody like you were a million to one. Cannot believe it.”

I finished for him, “Your one in a million.”
